About the Event

The recent United States Geological Survey (USGS)'s 2018 hazard update incorporates important advances of Earth science in modeling strong ground shaking from earthquakes and significantly changes the seismic hazard estimates for some high exposure areas. Join October's coffee talk to hear about the impact of this update on U.S. earthquake loss assessments.

About the ISCM Coffee Talk Series: First Friday of every other month 11 AM – 11:30 AM (ET)
