Jon Ward

Jon joined RLI in 2003 and has worked in various roles related to risk modeling, exposure evaluation, portfolio optimization, and reinsurance procurement. In 2020, Jon transitioned to his current role, leading the E&S Property Underwriting segment. This unit has a national footprint and produces more than $500 million of annual premium from the wholesale market.

Jon is on the executive committee and current President of the International Society of Catastrophe Managers (ISCM). He graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Business Management and resides in Peoria, Illinois with his wife and 3 kids. Jon holds the Certified Catastrophe Risk Management Professional (CCRMP®) designation.
